李启洋，男，管理学博士，校聘副研究员，硕士生导师，华南理工大学管理科学与工程博士，香港理工大学联合培养博士。
主要研究方向为供应链管理、合作博弈与非合作博弈交叉、渠道管理、跨境运营管理等。截止目前，已在production and operations management（utd24期刊）、risk analysis、omega、international journal of production economics(ijpe)、annals of operations research (anor)、computers & industrial engineering (c&ie)、系统工程理论与实践等sci/ssci/cssci期刊发表论文11篇。受邀担任ijpe、anor、c&ie等国际知名期刊的匿名审稿人。
