兰绍雯，女， 硕士生导师，校聘副研究员，管理学博士，英国诺丁汉联合培养博士。主要研究方向包括医疗运作管理；资源配置与优化；智慧医疗与人工智能；复杂组合优化问题的数学建模及求解；精确求解算法的运用，包括动态规划、列生成算法等；计算智能技术包括启发式算法、元启发式算法，以及强化学习在运筹优化领域的应用等。受邀担任多个国际期刊审稿人，包括 annals of operations research、journal of combinatorial optimization、sn operations research forum、energy systems等。
